  • FDM & Stereolithography (We’ll print what you need, big or small!)
  • Photogrammetry & CAD Design (We can scan your existing shape, or design it ourselves!)
  • Food-grade silicon molds & plastics (So food-safe we’d eat off it!)

At Pensacola 3D Printing, we are proud to print the future using the i3 MK3S+ by Prusa Research on site.

3D PRINTING AND RELATED SERVICES

NEED US TO COPY AN EXISTING PART?

We get calls every day asking, “can you make a copy of . . . ?” In order to print a copy of your part, we’ll need to custom-create a 3D model of your part using our computer software. Some pre-existing physical objects may be compatible with 3D scanning; however, this process still requires some custom design work to take place in order to ensure a quality print.

Drafting & design services are often more expensive than the printing itself. We encourage you to create your own part to cut down on expenses.

If you are new to 3D design, we recommend TINKERCAD, which is a free and easy to use 3D Modeling package that runs in your web browser.

Do you already have a model and just need it printed?

If you’ve already got a 3D model of the object and you just want to have us print it, then contact us at info@pensacola3dprinting.com for an estimate.

.STL files are the standard format used for FDM printers like the ones we use in our shop, and almost all 3D modeling software will export .STL files.

Note: Your object must be under 200x200x200mm to be printable on our printers. If you’ve got something bigger than that and need it printed as a single piece, let us know, and we can discuss the scope of that project.
